Thomas Bleiner started his career as commercial director for Gamko BV in Italy. Later he joined Lamborghini Automobili S.p.A. working on marine engines. He has been for several years a professional racing driver in different championships.
On the racing track Thomas had the intuition for a new patent: a laser system developed for cars, which avoids rear end collisions in adverse visibility conditions (rain, fog, snow dust). Recently Bleiner has founded with his partners the Astron-Fiamm Safety S.p.A., a joint venture between Astron Group Technologies S.A. (also founded by Bleiner) and FIAMM S.p.A, Eontech SA, Generali Horizont S.p.a., for the production and the distribution of the new anti-crash laser system.
Thomas Bleiner held a speech at the Global Road Safety, United Nations in New York on the 15th April 2004.
As a professional racing driver he focused on the need to create a worldwide Committee in order to promote and facilitate the testing in the field of new technologies, patents and all the projects which aim to improve road safety.
As a result of the meeting Bleiner started collaborating with several worldwide Organizations, such as the “task force”, which directly cooperates with the “CDC” (Center for Disease Control) and which is bound to the concept of injury prevention not only in automotive but also in other fields. Following these experiences and after many years of collaboration with scientists in the field of optoelectronic and nanotechnology, Bleiner has taken the challenge of founding BLEINER AG. Bleiner acquired in 2008 a patent that is about a multilayer paint compound that generates electricity thanks to the use of optoelectronic nanostructures. Said paint generates electricity and can be applied and used on any shapes and surfaces even glass. Develops a new selling web based platform .
